Services
Our company offers bespoke contract manufacturing services where we manufacture parts to our customers’ specific requirements. By providing detailed drawings and specifications, we can ensure that the manufactured parts meet the exact requirements and standards. Our experienced team and modern manufacturing facility enable us to produce accurate and high quality parts in an efficient manner. We strive to exceed our customers’ expectations and provide them with customized solutions for their individual manufacturing needs.
CNC production
We are able to carry out demanding turning and milling work reliably, inexpensively and extremely precisely. In the milling area, we have access to 5-axis machines that allow us to produce very complicated parts exactly according to customer requirements. Our expertise lies primarily in the production of sophisticated individual parts, but we can also produce small series without any problems.
Materials
We primarily process stainless and acid-resistant steels, aluminum and plastics. However, the processing of structural, heat-treatable, free-cutting, case-hardening and tool steels as well as non-ferrous metals such as copper and brass is also part of our portfolio. Various special materials are also available on request at any time.
Further processing
For further processing or finishing of the products, we work with reliable partners who allow us to subject components to all surface and heat treatment processes. We can also carry out welding or eroding activities in this way.

Modern CNC technology
We have state-of-the-art CNC machines at our specialist company in Leutkirch. We use CNC milling technology and CNC turning technology to manufacture components for our customers. Our work is always punctual, precise and cost-effective, and the satisfaction of our customers is the focus of our efforts. CNC machines are machine tools that are capable of automatically producing workpieces with high precision, outperforming mechanically controlled machines in terms of precision and speed. We use a CAM system to read data from CAD programs into the machines, taking into account factors such as tool geometry, speeds and feeds to ensure precise manufacturing.
Precise, made-to-measure production
Scheerer Zerspanung GmbH manufactures high-precision CNC turned and milled parts for various industries and requirements.
By manufacturing with modern machining centers CNC-controlled lathes supplemented by the use of CNC-controlled lathes, conventional and special machines, we can cover the widest possible machining range.
In the milling area we have the possibility to machine up to 1500mm, longer parts are sometimes also possible after consultation. Our 5-axis machining centers allow us to manufacture even the most complex 3D contours.
In the turning area, we turn from bar stock up to Ø 75 mm and in jaw chucks up to Ø 350 mm. In addition to milling complex workpieces “from the solid”, we also machine blanks, profiles and formed parts as well as castings quickly and efficiently. The 3D programming system PEPS with CAD/CAM interface enables us to create programs and process existing drawing data.
