By manufacturing with modern machining centers CNC-controlled lathes supplemented by the use of CNC-controlled lathes, conventional and special machines, we can cover the widest possible machining range.<\/p>\n
In the milling area we have the possibility to machine up to 1500mm, longer parts are sometimes also possible after consultation. Our 5-axis machining centers allow us to manufacture even the most complex 3D contours.<\/p>\n
In the turning area, we turn from bar stock up to \u00d8 75 mm and in jaw chucks up to \u00d8 350 mm. In addition to milling complex workpieces “from the solid”, we also machine blanks, profiles and formed parts as well as castings quickly and efficiently. The 3D programming system PEPS with CAD\/CAM interface enables us to create programs and process existing drawing data.<\/p>\n

By manufacturing with modern machining centers CNC-controlled lathes supplemented by the use of CNC-controlled lathes, conventional and special machines, we can cover the widest possible machining range.<\/p>\n
In the milling area we have the possibility to machine up to 1500mm, longer parts are sometimes also possible after consultation. Our 5-axis machining centers allow us to manufacture even the most complex 3D contours.<\/p>\n
In the turning area, we turn from bar stock up to \u00d8 75 mm and in jaw chucks up to \u00d8 350 mm. In addition to milling complex workpieces “from the solid”, we also machine blanks, profiles and formed parts as well as castings quickly and efficiently. The 3D programming system PEPS with CAD\/CAM interface enables us to create programs and process existing drawing data.<\/p>\n

Scheerer Zerspanung GmbH manufactures high-precision CNC turned and milled parts for various industries and requirements.<\/p>\n
By manufacturing with modern machining centers CNC-controlled lathes supplemented by the use of CNC-controlled lathes, conventional and special machines, we can cover the widest possible machining range.<\/p>\n
In the milling area we have the possibility to machine up to 1500mm, longer parts are sometimes also possible after consultation. Our 5-axis machining centers allow us to manufacture even the most complex 3D contours.<\/p>\n
In the turning area, we turn from bar stock up to \u00d8 75 mm and in jaw chucks up to \u00d8 350 mm. In addition to milling complex workpieces “from the solid”, we also machine blanks, profiles and formed parts as well as castings quickly and efficiently. The 3D programming system PEPS with CAD\/CAM interface enables us to create programs and process existing drawing data.<\/p>\n
